This is my second vehicle I've purchased from yark and I'm very happy with promptness of service and the whole group. Other than this one thing. When I pulled onto the lot to look a vehicle that I knew wa I'm very happy with promptness of service and the whole group. Other than this one thing. When I pulled onto the lot to look a vehicle that I knew was at the central location from online searches. I stopped and asked a salesman about the vehicle location and without even doing any research I was told that the vehicle was at another location and that he didn't have any of those models on this lot. I was leaving to take my business elsewhere when I happened to see the vehicle on my own and upon further checking I found a second vehicle of that model that I was just assured was not on this lot. Once Jeremy came out and assisted me everything went alot smoother. More

I just wish we'd not accepted the ridiculously low sum for our 2006 Buick Lucerne. I've learned we could have sold it for$4,000, got only$1,500. Also, I can't believe there isn't a button to push to open for our 2006 Buick Lucerne. I've learned we could have sold it for$4,000, got only$1,500. Also, I can't believe there isn't a button to push to open and close hatchback. I'm 79, and can hardly operate it. Will have to load groceries onto back seat. More
