I've bought 5 or 6 trucks from this dealership in the past few years and the service department is really easy to work with. Jeremy Cadle and the other guys in the service department are true professiona past few years and the service department is really easy to work with. Jeremy Cadle and the other guys in the service department are true professionals and provide great customer service. The sales department is good also and they will go out of their way to find the vehicle you want, especially in difficult times like we have had the last two years. Both Jeremy Cadle and Wayne McCraine were always friendly and professional. The car I purchased paperwork went smoothly. My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to and professional. The car I purchased paperwork went smoothly. My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to be checked I had to go home without my car because they didn’t have time to check it! Then it was a week before it was taken into the shop at which point they said it needed a new transmission which could take up to 3-6 weeks. I had to have a car so I purchased another car. They only offered me $1500 for a trade in! I took my old Buick to another garage and they had the new transmission installed in a week! More
