I have the service plan. Nearly impossible to get in for an oil change. Can't just leave it with them for the day. Leak after oil change. It was an o-ring, so understandable... but, took two days to ge an oil change. Can't just leave it with them for the day. Leak after oil change. It was an o-ring, so understandable... but, took two days to get it back. Return a few days later because undercarriage is covered in oil. Left for 3 days and told it was residual oil from the leak. Told they detailed the engine bay and problem fixed. Showed up and looked underneath and covered in oil. Had to leave it again. This time they made sure it was clean of residual oil. Took me over a month to get it in for an oil change (2,000 miles over suggested service). Spent a total of 6 days at the dealer. Dealt with Jeremy, can't really fault him for the service and undermanned staff More

I did Walk-in and was done in tad more than an hour. they are always courteous. They have a nice lounge area with wi-fi, tv and snack.
