I took my Toyota in for a service and had to wait a pretty long time. I was greeted quickly and was told that they would fit me in as soon as they could. I have purchased two of my last three vehicles from this dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I take my vehicles in for service whenever they need it and the service department has dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I take my vehicles in for service whenever they need it and the service department has always done a fantastic job. I have never made an appointment and have never been there for over an hour waiting on my vehicle to be completed. The one I always ask for if Jeremey Cadle, he has always done what he said he would do. I am looking forward to bringing my vehicle in next week for a service. Car was at Lee to repair damage from a tangle with an open manhole; nighttime event. Jeremy had to deal with a tight customer schedule, two different insurance reps, external parts supply delays, workfor open manhole; nighttime event. Jeremy had to deal with a tight customer schedule, two different insurance reps, external parts supply delays, workforce issues (common to all businesses) and many phone calls from all the above; likely many calls I didn’t have to endure. Your staff did excellent work and we got off on a 6000 mile trip that had no car problems. Thanks to all! More
