I recently brought my truck to David Scott Lee Buick GMC for a routine oil change and tire service appointment. The visit took close to three hours for basic maintenance, which was unexpected. There were no updates during the wait, and when the service was completed, there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Customer experience is just as important as the mechanical work being performed. Respecting customers’ time and providing simple communication goes a long way. More

Service at this dealership is the worst I have ever received in my 50 years of owning cars. During the most recent trip for transmission issues, I brought up the problem that three of my tires showed received in my 50 years of owning cars. During the most recent trip for transmission issues, I brought up the problem that three of my tires showed pressure of 35 pounds, while the front right showed over 50 pounds. I asked that be checked out during my visit. Didn't think anything else of it, until I received an online report on my car today (a couple months later) which showed the problem was NEVER addressed. Not to mention that the transmission issue was never addressed as promised. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! More
