Took my car to shop for a new water pump and timing chain. After getting my car back within a couple days I start having issues. My engine light comes on. I take my car back to find out I have a cyl chain. After getting my car back within a couple days I start having issues. My engine light comes on. I take my car back to find out I have a cylinder 1 misfire. Diagnosis is a bad coil on cylinder 1. Repair 1 coil and all new spark plugs. They wouldn't admit any fault at all that they might of damaged the coil while replacing the water pump and timing chain. The only reason I ended up getting a $40 discount is I had a coupon from Ford. I have also asked 4 different times for a estimate for a part for my car from an accident. Being told they have some computer problem and waitng on IT. Still waiting. More

Quick, friendly and efficient. Easy to make the service appointment. Only negative is I don’t like the surcharge for using a credit card. Especially my Ford credit card. Please price your services to be able to absorb credit card fees. If I have a major repair I’d have to consider finding a dealer that. Doesn’t charge these fees. More

Made appointment for a Saturday service was completed within an hour. The only complaint I have is I was charged more than the amount in my service completed text ($118.90 text showed due but was charge within an hour. I came in 2 days in a row. Once for the truck and once for the Edge (both for the works). It took 1 hr for the truck and 1/2 hr for the edge, both had appointments.
