We had a great experience especially working with Dan. We had bought a car a few years ago from a Toyota dealership and the experience was awful so we were not excited to go through the process of buying a We had bought a car a few years ago from a Toyota dealership and the experience was awful so we were not excited to go through the process of buying a car again. However, our experience at Ford was wonderful. Dan treated us with kindness and respect. He listened and was willing to work with us and made the process feel comfortable and more in our control.
