Jeremy Criscione had it ready for a test drive and when we returned he gave me a write-up showing the trade-in money and all expenses on the vehicle if I purchased. When I asked about financing he then presented me with a detail on what my credit union was offering at 18, 24, 36, 60 and 72 months. Needless to say, I gave my deposit and returned several days later to pick up my new Ford Escape SEL. Great job, Jeremy! In addition, when I signed the papers to purchase, Rick Garcia, performed a wonderful job on leading me through the buying process and explaining the various warranties. High five to you, Rick! More
