They claim your payoff is hundreds of dollars more than you actually owed then they make several harassing calls insisting you pay them using a credit card , the amount is just enough that I’m sure most people just pay it to stop the harassment . My payoff bank said this is a new scheme used by salesman and finance dept jointly to to shake down customers after a sale is final solely to put the cash into their pockets . there is a loop hole at this time that’s allows them to attempt this scheme . All I can say is buyer beware bozard ford will treat you great to your face but once you make a final deal they will stab you right in the back . More
