Truck Buying My friend finally convinced me to look at Bozard. I was pleasantly surprised. The salesman texted me for two straight days about the truck. worst experience ever 5 hours after vehicle was posted on the internet , i filled out all info for the vehicle including pre approval. i waited the next day for someone to 5 hours after vehicle was posted on the internet , i filled out all info for the vehicle including pre approval. i waited the next day for someone to contact me and that never happened. i eventually contacted them and talked to a jeremy . he got more info from me because he said my girlfriend needed a cosigner and i was told he would get back with me. i waited and waited. never happened. so the next day i took off from work to drive 2 hours to see the truck and drive it while they figured out what they had too. i get there introduced myself and was told that he had to get the keys. i waited and waited. he came back with no keys , said it was sold the night before. i didn't know what to say so i left and briefly explained how screwed up that was to jeremy. on my way home i got a call saying he got the truck back that i could buy it. they got more info from me, originally was told my girlfriend needed a cosigner and 1000 bucks. no problem i said. i then told them i had 3 paid off vehicles to trade in. sent in all the info for all three. was told they would get back to me. took pictures sent mileage in, did the internet thing for trade ins. all in all i dedicated a good 4 -5 days into this truck. the whole time the communication was only if i called or texted. i had wyll in finance call me ask me a ton of questions . i answered everything for him . was told they were sending into the bank for approval. 2 days went by and no phone call no text. so i called and wyll explained the finance director or whatever was there and he was going to talk with me, i tried to answer his questions but i was rudely cut off and told he only has a certain amount of time to spend on each deal. well i was told again that it was getting sent off to the bank . in this time my personal credit was hit 11x another day went by i tried to call and got no answer, even texted with no reply. for a whole day. all i wanted to know was what the bank needed. so I'm going to wrap this up. in the end a week later and absolutely nil communication unless i called or texted. for a 30,000 dollar deal . my deal from them was 15,000 cash down, my mercedes and my f250 diesel with both low miles 135,000 on each approx 12,000 in trade ins and i would still owe them 11,000, they didn't want the other truck that was 2 years newer which according to their trade in estimater was an additional 6,000 . they got the truck i was trying to purchase in on trade in according to their estimater for 19,500. but they were charging me 30,000 . but wouldn't take all my trade ins in. i even added my escalade esv in on the deal which i paid 18,500 for just a year ago. they told me it was only worth 7,000 . so the way i look at it is, they ran me around for a week , hit my credit 11x in 4 days hard hits, sold the truck underneath me , got it back and completely showed the worst experience ever. and at the end wanted 12,000 in trade ins ,(but they only wanted to give me 7500)and 15,000 cash and i still owed them 11, 000 this is all before financing. thats 33,000 for a truck that was traded in for 19,500 and the financing was another 7,900 so the deal they gave me was a total of 41,000 for a 19,500 truck . all this was done over me calling them and texting, which for days i never heard anything. thats just the beginning. so its only fair to explain some of this. from my part. i own 3 houses out right, have paid off 4 vehicles all over 10,000 dollars in the last 4 years, lease 40 acres and have a mortgage on a house thats rented. i own 2 construction businesses one for 20 years and one for 3 years. i use my personal credit cards sometimes and last month i used mine to renovate a house in deland. approx 8,500. if i use my personal credit cards i pay them off at the beginning of the month. i have never missed a payment on anything ever. my credit score was low because i used my credit cards, but i told them all this and they can clearly see it on my credit report, well maybe thats why they hit it 11x they couldn't see it. but either way. my point is this, this whole ordeal was through text and internet and some phone calls. that is not a good customer experience at all. not once was i asked to come in and discuss anything. discuss options .maybe one of my businesses could have bought the truck. so many things this dealer did not do by anyone, maybe the finance director should have not cut me off when i tried to explain things. point to all this is, this dealer is all about numbers and not customers, and don't try to explain anything because the only have a certain amount of time for each deal. so if being a number is all your worth then BOZARD FORD is your place. don't know the finance directors name sorry, he never gave me a chance to ask. also the sales manager i didn't get his name either,clearly told me that they do not hold any vehicles for anyone, thats why the truck was sold from underneath me. i should have been asked for a deposit maybe while they were figuring out who's job was what. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. and not one person has called, texted, emailed or tried to explain any of this. Was told they were one of the top rate dealers. well thats obvious if you only post positive reviews, tell the truth and that rating won't be so high. More

Atmosphere in the dealership was very loose and relaxed and no one used any gimmicks. Process was smooth and didn't take nearly as long as I have experienced in the past. The internet salesperson was quick to respond and answer any questions I had about the vehicle. They were quick to handle the modification I wanted to make to the vehicle prior to arriving at the dealership. I plan to do business with Bozard in the future pending how well this truck holds up. This is my first Ford truck, so I'm hoping to get everything out of it that was promised. More

I had my 12 year old son with me and he was great with him. He bought my son a Ford hat from the accessory shop. I will definitely work with him on ALL future vehicle purchases. Tom Reinard in management went exceedingly above and beyond expectations that anyone would ever have purchasing a used vehicle. He truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Even after the sell was final and he had no obligation to help me any further, he took care of some repairs that were discovered after I purchased the truck. I am so appreciative of his help that I am recommending Bozard to all my friends and family and anyone else I know that is vehicle shopping. More
