I feel I got a fair deal on my trade and a good deal on the purchase of the new vehicle. There was a little hiccup with finding the second key, but once it was found, it was overnighted to me and all is good. There was one small issue with the financing that I wasn't aware of until I reviewed my paperwork after I got home. When we were talking about the financing, I was told that I was going to be getting the 30000 mile maintenance plan. I thought this was going to be included in the purchase price of the vehicle. A sort of "free-be" if you will. Due to my own ignorance, I didn't realize, in the excitement of purchasing the new truck, that I signed the paperwork authorizing the "purchase" of the maintenance plan. In hind sight, its not a big deal because I probably would have purchased it anyway. I just miss understood during the negotiation process. I have no one but myself to blame seeing I signed the agreement during the financing process. This small issue has not in any way deterred me from giving my experience a 5 star rating. I had bought my last 2 F-150's from Duval Ford and gave them the first opportunity but the deal I received at Bozard was better even if it was a 45 minute drive from where I live. When I need service or plan to purchase a new Ford, I will shop Bozard Ford first. So far, the new F-150 has exceeded all my expectations. More

the best experance we have ever had at a dealer on Friday we bought a 2016 f 350 drw on the way home the transmition went out I called them Saturday morning ford road side sent a tow truck said the on Friday we bought a 2016 f 350 drw on the way home the transmition went out I called them Saturday morning ford road side sent a tow truck said they were going to take it to jc lewis in savannah they said it would be a week before they could check it I called rick Garcia he said no it its coming back to us they paid the tow truck to take it back to them. rick called me and said if it is not something simple they would get us another truck, rick and Jeremy called us Monday and said they had another truck waiting for us they also filled my old 350 up with fuel they also put the ball in the back to hook up a goose neck trailer the price of that is close to 300 dollars at no charge to me and mr. clark told us to go and have a nice dinner and he would pay for it. from the time we walked in the door and told them what we wanted we were treated great. we are hotshot drivers they new how important the truck is to us.
