3rd Purchase- Bozard doesn't disappoint. Our truck search started 3 mo prior with Bozard. We started looking online but weren't able to find what we really wanted. The sales staff stayed in touch with us and continued to search for what we wanted. After 3 months of searching we brought home our truck. This was also our 3rd purchase from Bozard. We frequently tell people that all other dealerships are lacking simply because they aren't Bozard. We drive 2 hours to shop there. The sales staff are not pressuring or pushy and everyone is friendly. We wish all dealerships were run this way. The negotiation process with sales never leaves you feeling bruised and battered. We have walked away from more dealerships than I care to admit simply because their sales staff are condescending and pushy with their prices and process. At Bozard we always feel safe to negotiate and that sales really wants to work with you and help you get the vehicle you want, in the budget you can afford. Additionally, we are impressed that Bozard does not add on a bunch of "special packages" that some dealerships do, long before you ever get there and are then forced to pay for, whereto you wanted them or not (I'm talking to YOU Ford of Ocala with your $1500 Nitrogen tires and Auto Butler crap). Overall, the moral of the story is that you should just go to Bozard Ford first, last, always. More

I would really like to see the finance part shortened instead of spending 2-1/2 - 3 hrs per deal The first truck purchase was a better experience than this one due to the numbers getting right, but finally we reached the middle ground and I bought the truck. I just hope I have better luck with this one thane the last. Had a lot of transmission issue that never got solved completely. I'm taking nap chance buying another identical truck. More

She rescheduled me for Monday....today....which I thought was very fast due to the popularity of the Navigator. She is the perfect people person...what a great asset to Bozard Ford. . The Lincoln Navigator.....what is there to say about that vehicle...I want one now.....and I hate my truck now!!! Bozard Ford I will look to you first when I get ready to buy my next vehicle. . I want to mention Jeremy Criscione....he is the young man who helped me into the vehicle and showed me all the awesome technology and got my cell phone working inside the Navigator. He was so nine and friendly and very knowledgeable!!!!!! I am not very tech savvy and he explained and showed me everything with great ease.
