I traded a Ford that I had a very small bit of equity in and they found a way. It was no problem. They took most of my information via email. The truck I wanted was clean and filled with gas when I arrived at the dealership. After a short test drive I was on my way to the usual paper work. It took very little time considering the amount of it. Rick Garcia was friendly, helpful and in no way pressured me for anything.
