On their showroom floor they have a chart listing all the vehicles scheduled to be delivered. I did not see this tactic at the six plus dealerships I shopped at, in fact I was ignored most of the time since I did not have an appointment! Well Jeremy Deno did an outstanding job in listening to my needs and was able to convince this GM owner to buy a Toyota. More
