What you do in response to those mistakes shows your character and integrity. EchoPark could have sent me away. Horrible customer service. Extremely Long wait. They said they are short handed. Vehicle was covered under my insurance and proof was provided but they refused to release the Extremely Long wait. They said they are short handed.
