After not getting answers on some questions and the attitude they had from our local dealers here in Chattanooga, I contacted Parkside Kia in Knoxville regarding a Sorrento and their customer service attitude they had from our local dealers here in Chattanooga, I contacted Parkside Kia in Knoxville regarding a Sorrento and their customer service was a difference in day and night! Jeremy was very understanding & listened to my questions and my situation and explained me everything including the vehicle we were interested in. Once we arrived, Josh was super nice and made us feel right at home. Explained our options all through the process, all the way up to the financing. About an hour later we were driving back home to Chattanooga in a brand new Kia Sorrento with great financing! Kudos to Jeremy, Josh, and the whole staff who helped us. You have definitely earn our business and I will make sure anybody who is looking for a Kia to send them you way. It is worth the drive!! Justin Houser More
