Great Experience in every way. Salesman Jeremy Guider is awesome. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and answered every question. He went to the Sorento with me and explained all the controls etc. He even programmed my phone to use the Bluetooth through the radio. Also the finance guy Matt was great and explained everything in detail. Others in the dealership shook my hand and congratulated on my purchase. It was a real family experience. Best Car Buying Experience Ever Like most people, I hate buying cars. I have had my share of bad experiences in the past. However, when we recently purchased our Kia Soul, it was the Like most people, I hate buying cars. I have had my share of bad experiences in the past. However, when we recently purchased our Kia Soul, it was the best experience that I have ever had. When we first arrived, Customer Care Representative Marissa Lindsey walked over, introduced herself and set us at ease. My Sales Consultant Jeremy Guider was very pleasant and helpful. He and Sales Manager Justin Garza displayed a ton of helpful patience when I balked when needing clarification of some things that we were being offered. Everyone was outstanding, and it was a pleasure to meet General Manager Ben Burton. It is the first time that I bought a car and felt like I had an ally that was consulting with me, rather than an adversarial relationship. Finance Manager Mike Wilson did a great job of explaining the warranty options so we could make an informed decision. I plan to do business with Parkside again in the future. More

Before he would even take us to the lot to check it out he required ALL of our personal information and ran a credit check. We were in NO WAY going to purchase a vehicle that day and Jeremy knew this from the moment we arrived. Inquiries affect our credit score negatively & this was unnecessary and uncalled for. I would rather drive a great distance to purchase a vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE than support Parkside Kia. Since our visit Jeremy has continued to harass us with multiple phone calls and messages. Later that same day we visited Rusty Wallace Kia on Alcoa Highway and we’re helped by a respectful and extremely helpful sales rep named BJ who did not give us the 3rd degree to test drive a new Sedona. Second car from Parkside KIA I bought my 2017 Niro Touring model hybrid from Parkside and I was bring in for its timely oil change. While waiting I decided to find out about the I bought my 2017 Niro Touring model hybrid from Parkside and I was bring in for its timely oil change. While waiting I decided to find out about the 2019 Niro Touring model. Jeremy Guider was my salesmen and after discussing our Navy experiences He showed me the new improvements. Since they didn't have what I possibly wanted, the staff search and found the vehicle I wanted in Chattanooga and after we came to an agreement on the price and trade in, the deal was complete Jeremy drove an exchange vehicle down there to pickup my 2019 Niro Touring. I picked my new 2019 NIRO Touring car the next morning. In the week since I picked it I already have 700 miles on it and couldn't be happier. I want to thank Jeremy for the wonderful help and treatment going the extra mile in driving to pickup my car. also, the rest of the staff and service department.
