Done on To Do List I've been holding off taking my car in just because of the hassle. I'm glad I finally got around to doing it because I can cross off 25k service and I've been holding off taking my car in just because of the hassle. I'm glad I finally got around to doing it because I can cross off 25k service and two recalls off my to do list, I was also able to get it detailed as well, which it badly needed with all the pollen on it! It was so easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me (drop off am). Tony Romo was the Service Advisor that helped make this experience hassle-free. He put me in a rental and called me later in the afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. Couldn't have gone better.. More

Service Appointment I purchased an oil change and service maintenance package when I purchased my Accord Hybrid. It has been worth it. I just had a 110k service done for I purchased an oil change and service maintenance package when I purchased my Accord Hybrid. It has been worth it. I just had a 110k service done for $0 out of pocket. Some service representatives might make up extra work but Jeremy H didn't do that. He left a note on my voice mail about two things that were coming up that I could have serviced or wait until the next oil change. More
