I left feedback on the day of my sale but wanted to follow up on my experience. I sought out Morrie's because of the positive feedback given from female friends and family who are long-time loyal custo follow up on my experience. I sought out Morrie's because of the positive feedback given from female friends and family who are long-time loyal customers. I would never suggest this dealer to anyone I knew or personally liked. Reflecting on my buying experience with Jeremy Kent; I felt like he was distracted, high-pressure, and was not clear about the terms of the contract, financing, or trade-in. The critical issue I have with the sale is the condition of the vehicle and the response to my concerns. I took my new car to my mechanic for an assessment two days after I bought it. They diagnosed a class three passenger-side valve cover gasket leak. I returned home and emailed Jeremy immediately. The ultimate response was that, two days after the sale, Buffalo Ford wouldn't stand by their product. They suggested as a team, including General Manager, Brett Kramer, that I use my two-day-old vehicle warranty to have the problem fixed myself (but at their service center, of course). The whole experience feels like fraud. Due to the quality of the overall assessment of used inventory and the perceived dependability of the vehicle service department, it is highly unlikely that I will be a return customer. Additionally, I have a difficult time putting trust in Morrie's service department to further service my car under warranty. I am skeptical of the quality of the work that will be performed in the future when the preliminary review of this vehicle has either missed or dismissed something so fundamental to the quality operation of any vehicle. It was a seamless purchase. Bothe Jerry amd Rob were personable and competent. They walked me through the purchase and financing of my new car. I inquired about a vehicle and no one called me back. I called a few days later and spoke with a sales rep that said he would check on the vehicle but never called me back. Went to look at vehicle and purchased to. Sent the sales rep and email a week later about a few questions and have not heard back. I would say this dealership had a lack of communication. I’m frustrated that I bought a vehicle and there is no follow up after, makes me feel like just another sale. Would not recommend. More
