I had the privilege of meeting Alfredo Lopez, Rick Tornelli, Kevin, Leo, BB and all their staff from Westborough Toyota. I have been a customer of theirs since 2005 and have never taken my cars or bought another car from another dealership because the service they provide is absolutely extraordinary, they are absolutely the best of the best. My trust in them is indescribable and my gratitude for them is immense and the peace in my mind knowing that my car is in good hands and when needed receives the best service. Westborough Toyota made the car purchasing process extremely difficult and costly. The dealership sold me a car that they weren't prepared to sell, and I wasn't informed that the dealership didn't eve extremely difficult and costly. The dealership sold me a car that they weren't prepared to sell, and I wasn't informed that the dealership didn't even have the title to the car I was buying. This information was only provided to me AFTER I already paid my down payment and waited 2 hours to speak with the finance department. Dealership unwilling to provide a loaner vehicle while they wait for the title to arrive, and said that I could pay out of pocket for a rental with discounted rates, even though it was them who sold a car without a title. It took the dealership 10 days to get the new title in the mail. I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket taking Uber because of the dealership selling a car they weren't ready to sell, and offering nothing to accommodate their error. When I picked up the car for the first time after waiting 10 days, the AC didn't work and the car needed to go back into service 24 hours after picking it up. The service advisor (I believe her name was Jodie) did not contact me once while my car remained in the service department for another 2 days. I had to call the service department 3 times before anyone was willing to provide a status update. 3 weeks later, the car is back at the dealership with a check engine light. Lastly, the dealership lost the 2nd key to the car and didn't tell me until I picked up the car for the first time. More

I cannot say enough good things about the Service Department at Westboro Toyota. I have been using Westboro Toyota service department for over 30 years. They are experts in diagnosing and fixing pr Department at Westboro Toyota. I have been using Westboro Toyota service department for over 30 years. They are experts in diagnosing and fixing problems, but also care about their customers and treat customers with patience and respect. Recently I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership and that dealer wanted me to wait until Monday to service my new vehicle because their workers go home early on Friday. My new vehicle had displayed an urgent message late Friday morning and said to take the vehicle to the dealer immediately. So I called Westboro Toyota Service and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. At the appointment they ran the diagnostic and resolved he problem quickly. Westboro Toyota Service Department understood how urgent is for me to have the vehicle for the weekend. Because I have a family member who has health issues and often need to get to a medical facility quickly. But even if that were not the case, Westboro Toyota Service Personnel realized that being without a vehicle for an entire weekend is quite serious and would do that for any customer. They were diligent and persistent in resolving the issue and very kind. I recommend the Westboro Toyota Service Department after years of their team taking excellent care of my Toyotas and making certain everything checked out before a long trip, or just for day-to-day use.
