Most difficult, frustrating, time consuming cat buying experience of my life. After selecting the car the preceding process proved inept. Constant delays began with finance department (Kenny) sending me experience of my life. After selecting the car the preceding process proved inept. Constant delays began with finance department (Kenny) sending me on my way after signing all documents only to learn financing was intact not complete. Poor communication continued to puzzle me as I waited with dealer for resolution. I had to call lender myself and put them on speaker with Subaru team to get everyone aligned. Documents were not faxed correctly and missing information (original title and proper pricing breakdown). Each delay added a day to the purchase process. Even once things were finally resolved, going with a new (in state lender) i was encouraged to use a higher interest rate gong with in-house financing (who would not match other rates). I declined thankfully and secured a rate at half of 5star Subaru in-house quote. Whole process took 6 days. Communiction on the 5star Subaru team needs work. My dealer (Jeremy) was friendly and did his best to accommodate with a ride home on original date I tried to purchase. I was clear and honest with him on my displeasure and disappointment with the whole process. More
