After researching the vehicle online and asking a couple of different owners how they liked them, I went to Metro and test drove one. I loved the car and was able to reach a fair deal with them very quickly, unlike other dealers where I've spent the whole day without coming to an amicable deal, only to be called days later with a new offer they could have tendered while I was there. They don't waste your time playing games, and I've always felt I was treated very fairly. I received a good offer for my old car and by trading it in, I saved on taxes on my new car and didn't have the hassle of selling my car to strangers. Jim Greenfield is extremely fair and knowledgeable, he is always honest and upfront, the same with Barry Greenfield and Jeremy McClish. I have sent several friends and family members to Metro, and every single person has been extremely pleased with their experience and thanked me for recommending Metro. More

Went to Dealership to Purchase a Vehicle I felt comfortable when I walked into the showroom. I didn't feel pressured and everything was explained to me in detail. I was also provided with lease options, which I didn't even think was an option for me. I was given a walk-through of my vehicle and learned things about my new car that my Avalon could do also but was never shown these things at the other dealership. My old car was pulled so that I didn't have to unload my stuff in the rain. This was also a new experience as the dealership I bought my Avalon from had me unloading my stuff not only in the rain but in the dark as well. I can't say enough how friendly, competent, and attentive the staff is at Metro, they have a new client for life. More
