Great Experience I went to Metro Toyota to turn in my 2015 RAV4. The lease was up and I was going to meet with Gary Capper who handled my prior two leases. Instead Sam Ibrahim offered to help my husband and me. He was very friendly, but not overly so. We liked him right away. He showed me the value of adding a feature package instead of taking just the base model, as I had done previously. It definitely was more money than I had planned on spending; but for all of the added features, it was well worth the $$$. Sam took a huge amount of time explaining all of the tech features and was very patient as I was not feeling well. So far, I am very happy with my new RAV4 and am pleased with my encounter with Sam! Our dealer, Ken Konopka , was a wealth of knowledge! He took the time to explain all the features of our car and made sure that I understood them. I was the primary buyer, , was a wealth of knowledge! He took the time to explain all the features of our car and made sure that I understood them. I was the primary buyer, although my husband was with me. Ken talked to me ( the female of the group) and answered my husband's questions also. Sometimes when a male is with a female, the seller "talks" to the male and ignores the female. This was NOT the case. Although we had no intentions of buying that night,-- just looking, Ken offered us a test drive of the 2 different vehicles that we liked. He was not a high pressure salesman, which I TRULY APPRECIATED!!! It was a great buying experience! I didn't really want to give up my old Toyota Corolla but it was time. I was nervous about driving a new car but Ken helped me through it. The rest of the staff were friendly, also. More

They worked with me on the service plan and threw in extras (floor mats, etc.) without the incessant haggling headache you often think of with dealers. Yacek was knowledgeable and personable, too. If you're looking for a Toyota, Metro ought to be your go-to; and be sure to ask for Yacek! More

A difficult time made comfortable I was in an accident which totaled my Sienna XLE. I loved that car, and I was not ready to replace it. Well, we always took it to Metro for service, and Scott Barrier made sure everything was taken care of(that is why it had many more miles in it at 180,000 miles when it was totaled.) We went in the showroom and were warmly greeted by Ramona Plumlee, and I was immediately put at ease as she listened to my tale of woe. Ramona asked all the right questions to help us navigate the car buying landscape. We ended up with a Certified 2015 Sienna XLE that fit our needs. Jeremy McClish arranged the financing in a timely and pocketbook-friendly manner. We entered the dealership dreading having to buy a car and came out the same day relieved and happy with our Sienna!
