Nate called us at the perfect time. We were about 10 minutes out from another dealership in Maryland when we saw an email from Nate detailing the exact car we wanted: 1. Affordable Gap insurance and other protections We called Nate and explained where we were. He spoke to his manager and got permission to take the car off the lot for us. As we were driving over — another 2 hours on the road — they were checking out the new car, unwrapping the plastic and getting it prepared for us. Thank you for working with us, keeping us updated, and calling us at impeccable timing! It was an immense blessing. Our original hybrid was totaled just a few weeks ago, due to a deer accident.
