This dealership is not here to serve customers but to gain a profit. Nothing was done to my car for the basic maintenance I have paid for or to address the ongoing problem that I have taken the vehicle f gain a profit. Nothing was done to my car for the basic maintenance I have paid for or to address the ongoing problem that I have taken the vehicle for three consecutive times within the past month. The quality service promised by Lexus was not received. I got no service at all because I couldn’t pay for the wear & tear of over 2500.00 I was given back my vehicle in the same condition. More
