I was greeted and checked in immediately . Jasmin was very nice and directed me to the waiting room which was very comfortable.and nice. I only waited about 2 hrs. McGrath City Honda is the best until your car starts to have issues. I bought a honda 2019 pilot from McGrath. Currently, there is a recall on it; they couldn't fix it the same day and asked me to come ba have issues. I bought a honda 2019 pilot from McGrath. Currently, there is a recall on it; they couldn't fix it the same day and asked me to come back two days later. I asked for a loaner; they said they didn't have it. I had no choice but took an uber home. We had to cancel all kinds of plans because we don't have a car. I couldn't give my daughters a ride to school because I couldn't drive to work. Now 3 days into the saga, they told me hopefully tomorrow. I asked for a rental or uber ride for my daughter to go to school. No one from McGrath City Honda calls me back or even took my call. This is a defect from Honda through no fault of our own but yet caused us grieves and financial loss. Never buy Honda again. Beware of doing business with this dealership. They are unethical and dishonest.. What a nasty and dishonest dealership...should have brought a Toyota. That's what everyone told me to do. I will share my experience with all my friends and relatives so they don't hop there. I am contacting the BBB to share my worst experience. More
