I arrived at 8:30pm (30 min before closing) and was shaking hands on a completed deal with finance by 9:30pm. Our price was negotiated rather quickly and I am happy with my outcome. I say that because of recent hardships I had to junk my beloved Honda to the junkyard while moving from Oregon to Arizona which left me with no car, no job and far less than stellar credit. Long story short they believed in me and went to bat for me to get the nicest car I have ever owned with when I had very little hope of being financed and approved. They are miracle workers and I will sing their praises for my renewed hope in people and off having a new car to get me to my new job. All I can do is simply say thank you to them!!!!! More

Expectations Visited Courtesy Volvo looking for a pre-owned V90, met and welcomed to the dealership by Nate who introduced himself and then he proceeded to actuall Visited Courtesy Volvo looking for a pre-owned V90, met and welcomed to the dealership by Nate who introduced himself and then he proceeded to actually listen to what I wanted. Nate knew his dealership's inventory and they didn't have that particular vehicle but asked if I would consider a new one, no pressure, just the reasons for considering a new one. After a test drive we sat down and looked at the numbers with his manager, pricing on the new vehicle was more affordable than I thought and the trade in allowance was more than fair, the negotiating process was professional and easy, no confrontation and no silly games. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, new or used and are dreading the bloodied battle, the stress or exhausting runaround may I suggest giving Nate a call, did he meet my expectations, no, he exceeded them. More
