It was very easy to negotiate a fair deal, and their finance office even worked hard to get me the best interest rate available. The car was working great, but had the engine check light on a couple of weeks ago, and they were just as helpful when I brought it back in to have it checked out. It just needed a software update, and I was good to go, but they provided a detailing, cleaned the leather seats, and didn't mind giving me a refresher on some of the features of the car, like the park assist function. Greatly appreciated working with Jason Hise and Jeremy Sarnataro! More

Shattered my expectations. You are in great hands. Bar none-the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my “shields up” when enterin Bar none-the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my “shields up” when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn’t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that’s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy’s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I’d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 – 3 hours; couldn’t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. More

We've been to several top name dealerships and all they've had was overpriced junk and had poor customer service. We found a vehicle on their website that we really liked and it was priced fair. When we arrived it was top notch from the start. Beautiful facility and everyone greeted us. Our salesman Ed Himes was the best we've ever dealt with. He was very polite, patient, and great people skills. There was absolutely no pressure, and the vehicle was as advertised and in great shape. We were able to make a good deal and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Great experience with their sales manager Jeremy, as well as the finance manager Mike. When the vehicle was ready, they had the red carpet out, and Ed Himes toured it with us. We'll definitely be doing business with them in the future. Volvo of Scottsdale sold a car that was already sold to us, took our money and when we went to pick up the car they said "oh sorry we sold it already by mistake"!! This was either incompetence or malicious! When speaking to Jeremy the manager about this whole ordeal he basically said he heard four sides to this story. Well whatever happened to the plain truth especially when his employee is just looking out for himself! Clearly customers don't matter here. Now our daughter is left without a car just because they didn't complete the transaction correctly. They have broken our trust and they crushed our daughter's dream! I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone because they are all about the dollar and therefore weren't willing to make up or take ownership of their mistakes. They can care less about the customer and how this has made a negative impact on a family! We are all just numbers to them and I would never deal with business like that again! More
