Jermaine is an ideal employee. The service department gets a bad rep but his customer service was superb. He went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and that my car would receive the best service. My last service was horrible there. I had a simple oil change, and the mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on my engine and oil was everywhere. So i was apprehensive about returned to your service department. So thanks to Jermaine Heard, he restored my faith in your company.
