Although the transporter changed day and time of pick-up on 4 different occasions, Jerome worked tirelessly and patiently with us. We texted and called him on numerous occasions asking questions and working out details. To accommodate the transporter's request, Jerome went in to work when the dealership was closed on Sunday night at 10:30 p.m. to meet the Transporter/driver. When Jerome saw me he immediately assist me and I told him what exactly what I am looking for. He shows me a Rogue and let me test drive it and it was love at first sight. This is my first time owning a SUV. He did not push me to buy it and was fair about the cost. He treated me like a loyal customer without me feeling pressured. I told him Tuesday that I will wait until next month to buy the car and he let me make that decision without the pressure for me to buy it.
