I came up here to buy a car the way I got treated was as if we were bothering them and caused an inconvenience. The salesperson Ahmad was lazy and told me I was making him walk around too much… and the sale if we were bothering them and caused an inconvenience. The salesperson Ahmad was lazy and told me I was making him walk around too much… and the sales manager Jeremy was very rude. He didn’t even look at us while he was talking and gave off that “If you’re not going to pay the price then get out and stop talking to me.” type of vibe. We were told they don’t offer negotiations but every other toyota dealership is negotiable. Even if it is non-negotiable at this location they still could’ve explained it in a better manner instead of making it seem like I was bothering them. Regardless of everything, I still ended up paying cash for the car but my experience was horrible. Jeremy handed me the keys and left without even saying congratulations or anything. The car didn’t even come with floor mats and when I called the next day to speak to him about it he never called back so I had to drive up there. I can’t speak on other experiences but the customer service I received here was horrible. More
