My husband and I were stopped down with our son to look at the Telluride on a Friday and upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and introduced to Jerrad. Naturally, a huge rainstorm started, but Jerrad had the vehicle brought into the service area so we could do a walk around the vehicle. He was patient and welcoming of all our questions (and our son’s). We took the night to think through the finances and by Tuesday we were picking up the car! We met with Jose to finalize the financing and he was extremely personable and explained everything to us in a clear and understanding manner.
