I am very disappointed in the way Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock does business. I bought a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 (MBLR) from Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock on May 6, 2024. The salesman was friendly and co Rock does business. I bought a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 (MBLR) from Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock on May 6, 2024. The salesman was friendly and courteous, although he seemed to wander off at times. He showed me a low mileage 2024 Mercedes-Benz Model GLB 250 which was listed on the Internet for $40,000.00. I test drove the vehicle and LOVED it. MBLR had a GLB 250 with under 5,000 miles for $40,000.00. They gave me a fair trade in allowance, and the monthly payments were reasonable. However, I was shocked to learn that MBLR had also charged me $834.00 for Simoniz Clearcoat which I did not order. I was certainly not told it would cost me an additional $834.00. When I spoke to the salesman today, he told me that I had signed a contract agreeing to pay the $834.00. By that time, I would have signed a document stating that I was Daffy Duck to take delivery of the GLB 250. In my opinion, it is wrong for car salesmen to sneak in upcharges like this at all, and certainly not without clearly spelling out what you are buying and what it will cost you. The Salesman did not do unto me as he would have wanted me to do to him. He violated the Golden Rule. Also, I learned after the fact that the extended warranty coverage cost $5,950.00. That's almost 15% of the purchase price of the vehicle and way too high. By the terms of the contract, I can and will cancel the extended warranty. I am calling on MBLR to drop the $834.00 charge for the Simoniz Clearcoat and the $129.00 "Service and Handling" fee if they ever want me as a customer again., . More

Snuck in a charge of over $800 for clearcoat and $129 for shipping and handling which they failed to disclose. Didn’t tell me the extended warranty cost almost .6,000.00.
