We've had the best service with the sales person, Tom Trulis, and business manager, Jerry Burton, at Continental Acura of Naperville so far. We were looking to buy a 2017 Acura RDX Tech AWD and Tom Trulis did not put any pressure on us to buy. He was very patient with all of our questions and worked so well with us on the price that we decided to upgrade to the Advance package. He also didn't make us feel uncomfortable or that it was too much trouble when we decided to change the color of the vehicle on the day of signing, even though he had already input our prior decision in the system. Really fair deal/price! Jerry Burton was very helpful in answering several questions we had regarding financing, which in turn also played a part in our decision to purchase from this dealership. The paperwork at signing was thoroughly explained and straightforward. No hidden fees or hassle, unlike our experiences with many other dealerships. More
