I had a great buying experince with Josh, Jerry, and Greg. They all very professional and helpful with my buying decision. Jerry handle the fincaning and was very helpful and made the process easy. Greg and Josh are very conscientious. They respond to email or phone calls immediately. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and professional sales person. More

OK...I just purchased my "new" used RDX at Continental Acura and am LOVING my new car (bye bye van - though you served me well!) I started my search for a new vehicle six months ago at Contine Continental Acura and am LOVING my new car (bye bye van - though you served me well!) I started my search for a new vehicle six months ago at Continental and Josh Bruhn was great about showing me around the dealership; he was nice, honest, patient, informative and intuitive about what I might like and need. He kept in touch over the past six months but never hounded me, just let me figure it all out. Needless to say, after having an unfavorable experience in another dealership, in the ninth hour I found myself back at Continental Acura working with Josh, Jerry and Harry. Thank you guys (...and thank you Matt, you were helpful too)! I truly appreciate all your effort, your honesty, your willingness to help me and work with me. AND I can't wait for my free car washes!! Josh deserves to go to Atlanta!! :) More

I had a great experience with all individuals in my purchase: Greg Pew, Sharon McDonald, and Jerry Burton. Greg assisted me in getting a great vehicle at a great price. Sharon showed my family around the dealership, as this was our first buying experience at Continental. I am very impressed with all individuals in my transaction and was treated great. Greg is the best car salesman I have dealt with in he last 30 years of car buying experiences and I recommend him with confidence. Greg is very straightforward and helpful. I am glad I had the chance to work with Greg on my first Acura purchase. Sharon is very friendly and helpful. Greg, Sharon and Jerry answered all of my questions. I was treated great. Tom really knew what he was talking about and was very confident in what he was selling. He answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. He was the best salesman iv ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I walked out that day with a used 2005 Acura TSX. I also purchesed a 2 year warrenty from Jerry. He also made me feel very comfortable while sitting and talking with him about my options. I would highly recommend continental acura of naperville, and these two salesman. The service that they will provide for you will not let you down. Hands down the BEST dealership around the naperville area. More

Tony was excellent!!! We went on a road test and he demonstrated every thing about the car. I was purchasing a used car which was practically new and he made it a point to demonstrate to me that the c demonstrated every thing about the car. I was purchasing a used car which was practically new and he made it a point to demonstrate to me that the car really was just like new. He was willing to work with me to come to a fair price and though I was just going there to look, I drove away with the car. It was so easy to move forward and the interaction I had with Tony felt right. I know this car was for me because I did not have any buyer's remorse so often felt when we make a big purchase. Tony helped me to realize the car was meant for me to have and that I should take advantage of a great deal. He showed me other certified pre-owned cars but he stated based upon my demeanor the car I inquired about seemed meant for me and that we should take a test drive so I could see this. He was very intuitive because the car was meant for me to have and as he mentioned I would feel it once I got behind the wheel of the car. This was very intuitive of him to read and understand a customer in such a short period of time. I think this is a talent rather than a learned process. Thank you Tony for your attention, knowledge and talent for making me feel at ease. I did my finances with Jerry Burton. He was very professional and talk with me about all the maintenance options available for my car. I chose not to purchase anything extra and Jerry was gracious to say he respected my decision and was there to help make the process of completing the financial aspect of the deal as smooth as possible. He explained each step of the way, what I was signing and what it entailed. He explained charges that needed to be done for the car and made sure I was okay with the explanation before moving on. The next day when I came to the dealership because of forgetting something in my trade-in, Jerry immediately assisted me with asking the correct person who promptly got all my belongings. Thank you Jerry for being so courteous and helpful. I had my first encounter with Dan Rasmussen because of a slight problem with my headlight. Apparently the seal was not proper on the car and Tony suggested I come to the Service Center and have them fix the problem. I thought is was very simplistic, not understanding the mechanics of the car. Dan explained to me the procedure of how the headlight would need to be fixed and the importance of fixing the headlight. It was an education for me because I thought headlights were done the same way from back in the day. He asked that I take a sit in the waiting room to wait for the car and came out to let me know when the car was being serviced and what was happening. I chose to wait and he asked during that conversation if I needed anything to make me more comfortable. I joked with him that I would be okay if I did not have to go to leave for an appointment at 10am. I was not paying attention to the time when Dan came to ask me if it were okay if I wanted to waive my car being washed because of mentioning I had an appointment in which I needed to leave at 10am and it was 9:50am He expressed not wanting to forgo the car wash but knowing my appointment was important. I appreciated the attention he paid to such a subtle comment and realizing it was important not to stress me out due to shorten time to arrive at my appointment. Dan then guided me to the cashier, explained why there was no charge for service today due to my warranty and then got me to my car, which by the way they did get it washed. He handed me my receipt and my DVD of what was done to the car. I am truly impressed with your dealership and your sales, finance and service personnel. I live in Colorado and found the Acura TL we were looking for at this dealership. I engaged the dealership for information and Josh was very attentive in getting back to me along with information and picture for at this dealership. The price was a couple thousand less than what I had seen so I really didn't need to negotiate much on the price. I decided on the car and flew out to pick it up. Josh arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, we immediately took a test drive. From there, Jerry had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. That saved me a lot of time given that I wanted to get on the road for my trip back to CO. After the paperwork, Josh took me to the car and showed me a lot of the features and programmed some of the basics for me. I really appreciated his knowledge of the vehicle and sharing that with me. I would have no problem buying another car from this dealership again. Thanks guys! More

Just purchased my first Acura - a new 2013 RDX and couldn't be happier. Very impressed with the people at the dealership Continental Acura - especially Josh our salesperson. He was patient and knowledgable and went out of his way to stick with us through the process and to make sure we got what we wanted. The dealership had some inventory on hand but they were all loaded up with options we didn't want. So instead of trying to push us into something we didn't want he worked diligently to find the vehicle we wanted from another dealership and we got exactly what we wanted. If the service deparrtment folks are as just as good to work with I'll definitely be back for future car purchases. More
