Today, I took advantage of the drop off service that Hawk Mazda of Joliet offers for Mazda customers only and it was AMAZING!!! My car was in need of an oil change and the Service Manager, Justin Woods sugge Mazda of Joliet offers for Mazda customers only and it was AMAZING!!! My car was in need of an oil change and the Service Manager, Justin Woods suggested that I take advantage of the their pick-up/drop-off service. I immediately signed up and it was the best thing ever! The very polite shuttle driver, Leboin arrived at my work promptly to pick up my car. While I was at work, my car was serviced, washed and returned to me! It was so easy and convenient! Thank you to my Service Advisor, Vinny for being so friendly and keeping me updated via text, my techs Alex & Aaric for the exceptional service & Trae for making my car look so pretty!!
