Working with James and Hawk Mazda made the buying process simple and I greatly appreciated their help and transparency. I was able to easily find the vehicle I wanted online, and James answered every questio simple and I greatly appreciated their help and transparency. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was able to test drive and purchase my car in a very short amount of time. Jerry was awesome ! He was pleasant , funny and very helpful . One thing he wasn't was pushy ! The dealership was closing by the time we were done with signing paperwork,but Jerry still took time to show me how to pair my phone to the car,and my car to the My Mazda appand how the app worked.
