We had an honest conversation and he was extremely helpful in meeting my specific demands. Earlier that day, I had a terrible experience at Berman Infiniti Chicago that put a sour taste in my mouth after they ran a hard pull on my credit score and ultimately lied about pricing. Bryan was transparent, helpful, and most of all he was patient. I knew I would have a tough time leasing cars and finding good deals as a 21 year old female. But Bryan and Jerry did everything in their power to make sure I had the best experience possible, and my price and lease terms were exactly what I needed (and really couldn't find anywhere else).
