I had an issue that I've had three times, but it was over
the weekend, and by the time I could take the car in, the check engine light had gone off. They kept my car for 3 days trying to get it to repeat th
the weekend, and by the time I could take the car in, the check engine light had gone off. They kept my car for 3 days trying to get it to repeat the issue, but it didn't. The computer doesn't store codes, so they had nothing to go on. Jerry was the perfect professional, just as he always is, and assured me if it does it again, and I can bring it in immediately, they'll get it on the computer while the light is still on and figure out what is happening. This is truly not a failure of the service department, it is just a car that's playing hide-and-seek with an issue.
