We are both quite young interested in an expensive model however Jerry maintained a level of respect and courtesy only a great salesman could. We described the model we were looking to buy and found one we could test drive. After my wife and I were sure this was the one we wanted, we went inside to "talk numbers." It wasn't bad at all. We got a good deal and were given plenty of options in terms of financing. We came at a rough time because the dealer was being renovated. That didn't stop the team at Norm Reeves to stutter in performance. It was a great experience and I will go back later on down the road when it's time to buy a car for me. More

Unplanned and Unexpected!..... :) 10/15/16...This was the day when Me and my Husband Noli decided to just drive by Cerritos Auto Center to do window shopping for a New and Used Cars... 10/15/16...This was the day when Me and my Husband Noli decided to just drive by Cerritos Auto Center to do window shopping for a New and Used Cars...Unplanned to buy! at first, We're unable to get a parking space then tried one more turn back to the packing lot, for some reason, we asked 2 gentlemen standing in the corner and 1 approached us...I asked, Is there available space to park in? then He replied, Are you going for Parts/service or looking for a New or Used car? and we said for a Car! then with His hand gesture and word "follow Me" got parking space...then from there He did introduced Himself...Jerry Gonzalez and same name on the Honda Uniform he's wearing. A very nice, friendly, helpful, funny and very Patient Person, answered all our questions, convinced us in a good and well mannered way. We're comfortable talking with him. Test Drive Honda Accord Sports car, full details of the car was provided....end up inside the Big white tent, negotiations done and realized that we're bringing a New Car home.....Unexpected!!! Now We're enjoying our New Honda Accord Sports 2017!!!! still driving our Old model Hondas' Civic '93 and Prelude '89.... Go Honda!!!! Thank you Jerry Gonzalez and the people who's involved.
