It was a pleasant surprise to work with nice people who made the experience almost enjoyable and pain-free. We visited the dealership on one of the worst days possible...late in the day with tornado warnings and torrential downpours. Jerry Kasten was more than accommodating and had the truck we were interested in pulled up and ready to test drive. We quickly made a deal, took care of the paperwork, and started the finance process. Jerry showed us more specifics about the truck while Larry Striblin worked to get us the best rate. Jerry even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of and all the details were in order. Larry worked diligently to provide financing options and explained everything in detail. His approach to selling the extended warranty, GAP insurance, etc. was a welcome change and much different than my last experience. Both a Jerry Kasten and Larry Striblin were a pleasure to work with and made the entire process fast and easy. I would definitely do business with Glendale again and recommend these folks to others.
