Best customer service in 30 years I contacted Jerry Kasten several months ago about purchasing a Jeep Wrangler.. Though he knew I would not be making the purchase for a few months, he I contacted Jerry Kasten several months ago about purchasing a Jeep Wrangler.. Though he knew I would not be making the purchase for a few months, he kept in contact and forwarded cars I may be interested in. I had requested help from several dealerships,and no one's customer service came close to his. So much so, that when ready to actually make the purchase , the only place I went was Glendale. When we met in person, he was very helpful in helping me make a choice I was looking for, answered all my questions and though intending "just to look" made it so easy that I left the lot with my new car . Having been a driver for 30 years- I have never received such wonderful customer service. A+++++ for Jerry Kasten! More

Buying Jeep I went in to look to buy my first car. Jerry Kasten was the salesman that helped me. He was extremely nice and helpful. I've spoken to Jerry several times in the past for not only a purchase for myself but a friend as well. Although the back and forth of price negotiation is rarely fun, Jerry's personality and knowled not only a purchase for myself but a friend as well. Although the back and forth of price negotiation is rarely fun, Jerry's personality and knowledge of the industry lessens the pain.
