Attempted to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, spent time and efforts discussing and negotiating with the sales rep. When it came time to test drive, sign docs, we were informed that the owner's wife w time and efforts discussing and negotiating with the sales rep. Great Experience I called a few different dealers in the area to get a lease price on a Grand Cherokee. RW gave me the exact price in less than 30 minutes while other I called a few different dealers in the area to get a lease price on a Grand Cherokee. RW gave me the exact price in less than 30 minutes while others took hours, refused to give a price over the phone or would only give me a price range and were pushing for me to fill out a credit application and schedule an appointment. I also worked with Jerry to finalize everything. Both were easy to deal with and were not pushy or combative like many sales people that I have dealt with in the past. More
