The dealer did not work on car until last day, but I left

Fortunately, software updates fixed most of the issues, but I had to finish calibrating the localization system myself (I don't think they even test drove it to see if problem was fixed), it took me resetting system and messing with apps to get the navigation system up and running. I also had a factory accessory installed and the delver left small scratches in the paint and I had to pop a body panel all the way back in. Also, while I received a text, the dealer never answered any of my inquiries via text and I had to call repeatedly to get to the service manager. I think they are understaffed. All this said, the drop-off and pickup was great and they folks there are good humans, I think there are simply opportunities to do better and as a Cadillac service center, I expect a bit more than standard brands.

We pride ourselves on providing attentive care to all guests. We were running very behind as many of our employees were out with the flu during those dates, and it also takes a specialized technician to work on the Lyric, and 2 of the 4 we have were out.
