Paid for a pre purchase inspection, tried to charge three times. Sent inspection back missing almost all inspection results. Called back and spoke either service guy and his response was “yeah my techs don’t times. Sent inspection back missing almost all inspection results. Called back and spoke either service guy and his response was “yeah my techs don’t like to fill it out.” I have lost all faith in this dealership and I don’t believe an actual inspection was ever completed that we paid for. I would love to see the shop camera showing a tech checking out the Tahoe for over an hour. I would like to speak to the GM asap. More
