We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that the drop-off and pickup were smooth experiences. However, we're sorry for the initial delays in service and any inconvenience caused. We pride ourselves on providing attentive care to all guests. We were running very behind as many of our employees were out with the flu during those dates, and it also takes a specialized technician to work on the Lyric, and 2 of the 4 we have were out.
