Not impressed.. It was not the experience I expected based on all the reviews and research I did online. I was given one price online and when at dealer it was change It was not the experience I expected based on all the reviews and research I did online. I was given one price online and when at dealer it was changed several times. I expected negotiation and price haggling if going from higher to lower but not from a lower price to higher price. In which was the reason I chose this dealer over all others. It was busy Saturday which was expected but it was a very unorganized process. At signing of documents I found terms and price where changed again claiming they could not get what was originally offered. I actually considered walking away from dealer more than once due to the terrible service provided. In the cafe servers were rude and we were ignored for 10 min before I finally asking one of them if I can order something. I visited many other dealers for over 6 months after shopping prices and service I came to Honda because of the quality and features of the vehicle and the reviews stated online. I was not impressed as I left with a higher payment than expected to pay, shorter term than what I was offered , higher price than quoted via pure price online, and a terrible customer service experience. I expected to wait long but not to experience substandard customer service from such a well known dealership who prides themselves on high service standards. More
