Wonderful Experience We went to Honda with a specific car in mind, which we had seen on their site ahead of time. We test drove that car and one other before I knew I was hooked. The sales reps were awesome, especially going over the numbers and figures out in the parking lot (since I refused to go in and sit down - too many bad experiences). They wiped out the dept from my trade-in, since I was upside-down by about $1,000, and bought us lunch before we left. From start to finish, we were at the dealership for 3 hours, which I believe to be a record for my car-buying experiences (8+ purchases/leases). This was by far the best and easiest experience ever. More

I was originally disappointed when they weren't able to locate the salesman I spoke with on the phone prior to me coming in to test drive. If you work with someone over the phone before coming in, remember who you spoke with, as that will save you alot of hassle. But, I was pleasantly suprised by working with Jerry, Dan, and Denise. The thing I was satisfied with the most was the fact that this is the first car buying experience I have ever had that wasn't stressful at all. Denise was alot to thank for that as I think when you get to finance is when the stress begins. I would recommend Jerry, Dan, and Denise from Brandon Honda.
