Happy camper! I made my first trip to Fl. From up north to see how I would like wintering down here. Shortly after my drive down I started having some Mechanical pr I made my first trip to Fl. From up north to see how I would like wintering down here. Shortly after my drive down I started having some Mechanical problems with my truck. Being so far from home and not knowing anyone down here I was blessed with finding (Don Mealy Chevrolet) and more importantly (Jerry Merriman) a service advisor at the dealership. I wasn't treated like a stranger from out of state, but as a long time customer! They took care of my truck issues in a professional, courteous, compassionate manner and didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of by any means. Jerry went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would rate this as my #1 top Dealership experience in all my years of purchasing or servicing vehicles and would highly recommend Don Mealy Chevrolet and Jerry Merriman to anyone in need. Every single time I have received excellent service in a timely manner. He always makes me feel that my business is appreciated.. On 12-19 he appeared to be short some staff so he took charge of my problem and called one of the mechanics who took care of my problem in record breaking time. He has to be one of Mealey's best employees. My car is always given the very best of service.xx More

I always receive great service from Don Mealey Chevrolet. Their staff is always friendly and professional. Their technicians seem well experienced in their abilities to diagnose and repair. The staff and technicians will take the time to listen to my observed symptoms with sincerity. In my opinion, they are second to none in the Orlando area based on my experiences with other dealership service centers and other brand name shops in the area. Their prices are also very competitive even with non-dealership shops. They quoted me over $1,000 less on a break job than a non-dealership shop who claims to be cheaper than anyone else. On any given day while at the shop, I see numerous Corvette's, Camaro's, trucks, and a variety of other vehicles of different makes and models being serviced. More

I have been a long-time customer of Don Mealey's service department and have appreciated their customer service. When the time came to trade my car in for a new vehicle, Don Mealey was the only dealership department and have appreciated their customer service. When the time came to trade my car in for a new vehicle, Don Mealey was the only dealership I considered. I am very happy with my new 2013 Chevy Malibu and feel very valued as a Don Mealey customer- especially after having the occasion to speak with their General Manager, Ted Pappas. After realizing how committed Ted is to customer service, I will not hesitate to continue my long-term association with Don Mealey - both in service and sales. More
