It was over a month and the vehicle still wasn't registered to me, and I hadn't received my permanent tag. I called to speak with managers, and it was the typical "I'll leave a message with them, and they'll get back with you" only for no one to get back with me. I liked that they had an on-site insurance broker to work with me to find the cheapest insurance. But, I still found a better deal on my own. More

Bought a 2009 Ford truck from them and they were supposed to fix it. Needless to say, it took a week for them to “fix” it and it wasn’t properly fixed. We brought it back and after ten days it wasn’t prop to fix it. Needless to say, it took a week for them to “fix” it and it wasn’t properly fixed.
